The Kinzua Quality Area is accessed locally from the north on state highways 280 (that turns into 346 which goes through the northern half of the Kinzua Quality Area), 62, and 219; from the west by state highway 62 (off I-86); from the east by state highways 6 and 59 (state highway 59 divides the Kinzua Quality Area into DMAP Unit 134 (north) and DMAP Unit 135 (south); and from the South by state highways 62 and 219.
